周成林,男,1954年出生江苏阜宁,1972年入伍,潜心研究並積极探索践行中华传统书画艺术,见地独到,风格明显,形成了自己独特的艺术理论与风格!

2019年:荣获中国书法研究“终身成就奖”，中国书法“特殊贡献奖”。现为中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长,晓云临池艺术创作《北京》工作室中央级专家!其作品被《中国现代艺术博物馆》故宫博物院收录,代表作《寿桃》存列于中国国家博物馆!

2023年:被对外文化交流协会授予“优秀文艺工作者”，“丝路文化使者”“大国艺术传世名家”“国际艺术形象大使”！

2024年:先后被外事工作委员会办公室授予《大国外交文艺使者》，“中国文化艺术国际代表”“国际文化榜样”等称号;並参加国际艺术双年展。在中法建交70周年活动中,被国研党史文献研究院、国委对外宣传办公室授予“毕加索国际艺术功勋人物代表”，“十馆相传‘国际馆藏文化’外交官”，“中传美术家”，“国臻艺术大家”“联合金砖艺术大使”等称号;被对外联络部授予“外联杰出贡献专家”;2025文化传承掌舵者。国台办第十六届海峡两岸文化交流顾问,中艺名师对话授于"赤心艺魂,两岸同辉",中俄建交75周年授于"中俄文化专员"!10月获中华人民共和国高等专业人才资质鉴定“正高级”艺术创作证书;"中轴精神文华奖”。12月被两会专题文化艺术委员会、国研党史和文献研究院授予“当代艺术工程院士”荣誉称号。2025年3月，人民代表艺术委员会授予全国人民艺术代表！2025年5月特聘为故宫文化创意研究发展中心紫禁城百年匠心传承文化活动委员会“艺术专家顾问”。同年7月，全球文明交流互鉴合作研究理事会荐举担任全球文明交流互鉴合作研究理事会第一届理事会理事！

Zhou Chenglin, male, born in 1954 in Funing, Jiangsu Province, enlisted in the military in 1972, dedicated himself to the research and active exploration of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting art, with unique insights and a distinct style, forming his own unique artistic theory and style! In 2019: awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award" in China’s calligraphy research and the "Special Contribution Award" in China’s calligraphy. Currently, he is the honorary director of China International Art Museum and a central-level expert at Xiaoyun Linchi Art Creation Studio’s "Beijing" workshop! His works have been collected by the "China Modern Art Museum" and the Palace Museum, with his representative work "Longevity Peach" preserved in the China National Museum! In 2023: honored by the China Association for International Cultural Exchange with titles such as "Outstanding Cultural Worker", "Silk Road Cultural Ambassador", "Great Nation Art Master", and "International Art Ambassador"!

In 2024, he was successively awarded the titles of "Cultural Ambassador of Major Countries" by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission, "International Representative of Chinese Culture and Art", "International Cultural Role Model", and participated in the International Art Biennale. During the 70th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations, he was honored with titles such as "Picasso International Art Meritorious Figure Representative", "Ten Museums Pass on ’International Museum Culture’ Diplomat", "China Media Artisan", "National Art Master", and "United BRICS Art Ambassador" by the Institute of Party History and Literature of the State Council and the Office of Foreign Propaganda of the State Council. He was also awarded the title of "Outstanding Contribution Expert in External Liaison" by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and designated as the "Cultural Heritage Leader of 2025". He served as the 16th Cross-Strait Cultural Exchange Advisor of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and was conferred the title of "Master of Chinese Art" with the theme "Devoted Artistic Soul, Cross-Strait Splendor". In 2025, he was awarded the title of "Sino-Russian Cultural Commissioner" for the 75th anniversary of Sino-Russian diplomatic relations. In October, he obtained the "Senior Professional" Art Creation Certificate from the Qualification Appraisal of Higher Professional Talents of the People’s Republic of China and the "Zhongzhou Spirit Cultural Award". In December, he was conferred the honorary title of "Academician of Contemporary Art Project" by the Special Committee on Culture and Art of the Two Sessions and the Institute of Party History and Literature of the State Council. In March 2025, the People’s Congress Art Committee awarded him the title of "National People’s Art Representative". In May 2025, he was specially appointed as the "Art Expert Advisor" of the Cultural Heritage Committee of the Forbidden City’s Centennial Craftsmanship Inheritance Cultural Activities at the Palace Museum Cultural and Creative Research and Development Center. In July of the same year, he was recommended by the Global Council for Civilizational Exchange and Mutual Learning to serve as a council member of its first council.
